How do I restore Premium?
Open Solenri - AI boyfriend → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.
How do I cancel Premium?
Open Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, or open iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the Solenri - AI boyfriend account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Why is my message still processing?
Keep a stable connection and reopen the chat. Temporary processing states normally recover automatically. If a message remains stuck, send feedback with the approximate time it happened.
Why can’t I record or play voice messages?
Check microphone permission in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Confirm the device is online and silent mode or Bluetooth routing is not sending sound somewhere unexpected.
Why can’t I receive companion notifications?
Enable notifications in both Solenri - AI boyfriend Settings and iPhone Settings. Remote notifications require a physical device and an active internet connection.
How do I delete one message?
Press and hold the message, then choose Delete. Associated uploaded media is also removed.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm twice. This permanently deletes the account and associated companion data. Cancel any Apple subscription separately.
Is the companion a real person?
No. Replies, memories, voice, and images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Solenri - AI boyfriend for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
What should I do in an emergency?
Solenri - AI boyfriend is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service in your country.
