Privacy Choices & Data Requests

Controls available in the app

• Delete one message: press and hold it in chat, then choose Delete.
• Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and requires two confirmations.
• Notifications: disable them in Solenri - AI boyfriend Settings and in iPhone Settings.
• Microphone, camera, and photos: revoke access in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security.
• Subscription: manage or cancel it in Apple ID subscription settings. Account deletion does not cancel billing.

Request access, correction, export, or deletion

Email support@clippo.media with the subject “Solenri privacy request”. State the type of request and the email associated with Sign in with Apple, if applicable. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or conversation content.

We may ask for reasonable verification before releasing or changing account data. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.

Account deletion from the website

For account security, the fastest deletion method is inside the authenticated app. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with the account and request assisted deletion.
